UBL Announces Rs 8 Per Share Interim Dividend for Q2 2026, H1 EPS Reaches Rs33.93

The Board of Directors of United Bank Limited (UBL) has declared an interim cash dividend of Rs8 per share (160%) for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, highlighting the bank’s strong financial performance.

This decision was made during the 262nd meeting of the Board of Directors held in Islamabad on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

The newly announced interim dividend of Rs8 per share is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs8 per share (160%) already paid, bringing the total interim cash dividend for the first half of 2026 to Rs16 per share.

UBL reported earnings per share (EPS) of Rs33.93 for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with an EPS of Rs14.37 for the second quarter, reflecting the bank’s robust profitability during this period.

The financial results were approved by the Board and communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) following the meeting.
