Greenwich University organized a seminar titled Marka-e-Haq to pay rich tribute to the Armed Forces of Pakistan for their sacrifices and steadfast defense of the countrys borders. The event reaffirmed solidarity with the nations armed forces and highlighted Pakistans enduring commitment to truth, justice, resilience, and sovereignty.
Held in Karachi, the seminar brought together members of the university administration, faculty, students, and distinguished guests. Speakers at the event stated that Pakistans Armed Forces had successfully defeated an enemy five times bigger despite its superiority, praising their courage, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to safeguarding the countrys integrity and stability.
The speakers emphasized that Marka-e-Haq symbolizes the triumph of truth, courage, and national unity, while encouraging students to remain informed, united, and committed to the peace, progress, and development of Pakistan.
Addressing the gathering, university leadership underscored the importance of promoting patriotic values, civic responsibility, and social awareness among the youth. They noted that higher education institutions have a crucial role in shaping responsible citizens and future leaders who uphold the principles of integrity, resilience, harmony, and national cohesion.
The seminar also featured interactive discussions and active student participation on topics including national development, peacebuilding, and collective responsibility.
Following the seminar, a solidarity march was organized in which faculty members, students, and staff of Greenwich University participated enthusiastically to express support for the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
A prize distribution ceremony was also held to recognize students for their outstanding participation and performance in activities conducted under the theme of Marka-e-Haq.
The event concluded with a strong message of unity, patriotism, and collective national responsibility, reaffirming Greenwich Universitys commitment to promoting academic excellence alongside civic awareness, national values, and constructive engagement in society.
