Fast Cables Announces 15% Final Cash Dividend as FY2026 EPS Rises to Rs. 3.28

Fast Cables Limited has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting a significant improvement in earnings per share (EPS) compared with the previous financial year.

According to a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on August 18, 2026, the Board of Directors of Fast Cables Limited approved the companys annual financial statements for FY2026 at a meeting held in Lahore.

The Board recommended a final cash dividend of 15%, equivalent to Rs. 1.50 per share, for shareholders. No bonus shares or right shares were recommended, while no other corporate action or price-sensitive information was announced.

Fast Cables reported EPS of Rs. 3.28 for FY2026, compared with Rs. 1.97 in FY2025, representing an increase of approximately 66.5% year-on-year.

The company said its Annual Report for the year ended June 30, 2026 would be transmitted through PUCARS separately within the specified regulatory timeframe.

Fast Cables Limited is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan on December 29, 2008. The company was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange on June 10, 2024.

The company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of electric wires, cables, conductors and LED lighting products, serving the electrical and lighting markets in Pakistan.

The FY2026 results and dividend announcement are expected to attract attention from investors following the companys improved earnings performance and its decision to distribute a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share.
