The Pakistan Freelancers Association (PAFLA) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bano Qabil, an initiative of Alkhidmat Welfare Society, to enhance collaboration in promoting freelancing, digital skills, and youth empowerment throughout Pakistan.
Signed by Ibrahim Amin, Chairman of PAFLA, and Farooq Kamlani, Director of the Bano Qabil Program, this strategic partnership aims to prepare young Pakistanis for success in the global digital economy.
The collaboration focuses on equipping aspiring freelancers with industry-relevant skills, professional mentorship, and access to meaningful opportunities in the rapidly growing digital marketplace.
Key initiatives under this agreement include:
– Jointly launching expert-led freelancing training and mentorship programs
– Organizing a Freelance Success Lecture Series
– Conducting workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance participant capabilities
Additionally, the partnership encompasses corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at youth development, the introduction of PAFLA’s Safety Net and welfare programs, and support for international payment solutions to assist freelancers in overcoming financial barriers to accessing global clients.
PAFLA will act as a strategic partner across various Bano Qabil initiatives, expanding opportunities for aspiring freelancers and contributing to the development of a skilled, future-ready workforce.
