The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) held a vibrant Alumni Reunion Gala on May 24, bringing together former students from across the years in a heartfelt celebration of artistic legacy, collaboration, and future possibilities. The evening was designed not only to honor the contributions of alumni but also to pave the way for stronger alumni relations and professional networking within the performing arts community.

Sameeta Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer of NAPA, welcomed the guests on behalf of the institution, highlighting the significance of alumni in shaping NAPAs continued journey.

Renowned media personality Ovais Mangalwala served as the host for the evening, guiding the audience through an engaging and emotionally resonant program. One of the events key highlights was a Theatre & Music Alumni Panel Discussion, titled “Purani Yaadain”, where noted alumni including Zeeshan Nulwala, Paras Masroor, Mehwish Siddiqui, Wusatullah Khan, Ahsan Bari, Arsalan Pareyal, Sidra Tahir, Julian Qaiser, and Waqas Gulab shared cherished memories and meaningful suggestions for the future of alumni collaboration.

The event also featured a touching poetry recitation by alumna Shireen Maqsood, captivating the audience with her words. This was followed by a dynamic fusion music performance led by Nigel Bobby, showcasing the continued artistic growth of NAPAs graduates. Alumni also came together for a soulful qawwali performance, reflecting the depth and diversity of NAPAs cultural roots.
