Market listings suggest that Sector 2 and Sector 3 remain among the higher-demand areas of DHA City Karachi. In these sectors, 125-square-yard plots are reported around PKR 40 to 50 lakh, while 500-square-yard plots can reach approximately PKR 2.5 crore, depending on location and other plot-specific factors.
Meanwhile, Sector 12 and Sector 14, including Valley and Extension areas, offer comparatively more affordable options. Prices for 125-square-yard plots in these areas have been reported in the range of approximately PKR 21 lakh to PKR 35 lakh.
