JPMC recently hosted the 4th International Family Planning Conference in Karachi, bringing together key stakeholders to advance family planning, maternal health, and reproductive healthcare services in Pakistan.
The event featured prominent government officials, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and development partners, all committed to improving access to quality family planning services. Sindh Health Minister Azra Fazal Pechuho, Sindh Minister Ismail Rahoo, and Dr. Khalid Sher, Executive Director of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, were among the notable attendees, underscoring the significance of the conference.
Under the leadership of Chief Organizer Madam Nighat Ali Shah, the conference provided a platform for discussing challenges in family planning and maternal health. Participants from Larkana, Nawabshah, Khairpur, and PPHI Sindh shared their commitment to enhancing healthcare outcomes for women, children, and families through increased awareness and accessible reproductive health services.
