KARACHI: Prominent and respected novelist Humayun Iqbal has passed away by the will of Allah (Raza-e-Ilahi), leaving behind a legacy of literary contributions that touched the hearts of many.
His funeral prayer (Namaz-e-Janaza) was offered at Masjid Farooq-e-Azam, located in Block K, North Nazimabad. The burial (Tadfeen) took place at Sakhi Hassan Graveyard.
Humayun Iqbal was widely admired for his thought-provoking novels and dedication to Urdu literature. His passing is a great loss to the literary community and all those who cherished his work.
May Allah grant the departed soul a high rank in Jannah and give patience to the bereaved family. Ameen.
