KARACHI: A dumper truck driver who was seen driving at dangerously high speed and in a reckless manner has been arrested by traffic police, authorities confirmed on Monday.

In a viral video circulated on social media, the driver was spotted operating the heavy vehicle in a highly irresponsible way, putting the lives and property of numerous citizens at serious risk.

Upon receiving information about the incident, traffic police personnel present at the scene acted swiftly. Their prompt response helped bring the situation under control and prevented potential damage or injuries.

As part of an ongoing crackdown against traffic violations, the driver eventually surrendered to the authorities along with the dumper. A case has been registered against him, and further legal proceedings are currently underway.
